    By using our websites, forms, phone lines, or texting us (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
   
   
2. What We Do (Intake-only; not a law firm)
    We collect inquiry information and sell qualified leads to independent law firms or providers (“Lead Buyers”). We do not provide legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is formed with us.
   
   
3. No Direct Fees to Consumers
    We do not charge consumers for use of the Services. Lead Buyers pay us under separate agreements.
   
   
4. Communications: Recorded Calls & Texts
    Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance (where required, we’ll disclose; continuing means consent).
    By providing a number, you agree to receive SMS/MMS about your inquiry (message/data rates may apply; frequency varies). Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Consent isn’t required to use the Services. You may receive texts from the same number you called. Content you text (including images) may be stored in your case packet and shared with Lead Buyers to evaluate your matter.
   
   
5. Your Information
    You confirm your information is accurate and you have the right to share it. You give us a limited license to use and share it with Lead Buyers and service vendors only to evaluate, route, and support your inquiry. Don’t submit unlawful or unauthorized content.
   
   
6. Privacy
    See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data (including recordings and message logs). We are not a HIPAA-covered entity; please avoid sending unnecessary medical details.
   
   
7. Matching & No Guarantees
    We may match or sell your lead to one or more Lead Buyers based on criteria like location and case type. We do not guarantee that any Lead Buyer will contact you or accept your matter. Lead Buyers are independent and responsible for their own services and terms.
   
   
8. Acceptable Use
    Don’t use the Services for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful messaging, security interference, or malware.
   
   
9. Disclaimers & Liability Limits
    The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee lead availability, acceptance, outcomes, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent allowed, our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the prior 3 months.
   
   
10. Governing Law & Disputes
     These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes will be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia, unless another method is required by law. (Optional: add a short arbitration/class-waiver clause if counsel advises.)
    
    
11. Changes
     We may update these Terms; the “Effective Date” tells you when. Continued use means acceptance.
